Craig Hurda

Craig Hurda, PMP, serves as the Project Portfolio Administrator for the County of Rock since September 2019, overseeing the Information Technology project portfolio and managing multiple concurrent projects. Previously, Craig held the position of Information Technology Project Manager, leading the IT Project Management Office to execute various IT projects across 28 County departments. Craig's professional background includes roles as an Estimator at JP Cullen, where expertise encompassed cost estimating for construction trades, and as Estimating Manager at SHINE Medical Technologies, focusing on project cost analysis and contract negotiation. Earlier experience includes positions in preconstruction and estimating for Mid-States Concrete Industries, Precision Drive & Control, and Affiliated Engineers, with a foundational role in enterprise communications design. Craig holds a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and completed education at LDA Rock County.
