Michael Southers

Michael Southers currently serves as a System Analyst for the County of Rock since January 2020, following a tenure as Vice President for the PTA Wisconsin Congress from July 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at Rock County from November 2001 to January 2020, such as Instructor/User Support Specialist and Application Support Specialist. Additionally, Michael Southers held leadership positions within the Democratic Party of Rock County, including Chairperson and Secretary, fostering operational efficiency and community engagement. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Correctional Officer for the Rock County Sheriff's Office and in various roles at Shopko, ultimately becoming an Assistant Store Manager. Michael graduated with a BA in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the early 1990s.
