Francisco Diaz is an experienced professional currently serving as the County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters for the County of San Benito since August 2019, managing county elections and vital records while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Previously, Francisco held positions as Assistant County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters and Senior Deputy Clerk-Recorder-Elections within the same county. In addition, Francisco served as a Labor Relations Representative for the California School Employees Association, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and guiding members on labor issues. Currently, Francisco also holds the rank of Second Lieutenant in the California Cadet Corps, leading and mentoring cadets. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Fiscal Management from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from Saint Mary's College of California.
