Ana Laura Martinez

Ana Laura Martinez is currently serving as a Library Technician I for the County of San Diego and as a Project Assistant at the UCSD Labor Center, both positions initiated in 2024. Previously, Ana Laura worked as a Community Representative for the County of San Diego and held the role of Dr. Beatriz María Solís Policy Institute Fellow at the Women's Foundation California, contributing to the passage of AB 2300. Experience includes organizing and leadership development at the Center On Policy Initiatives, and teaching roles at San Diego City College and UC San Diego. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from San José State University, and degrees in Ethnic Studies and Latin American Studies from UC San Diego.
