Andy Tolley

Andy Tolley is an experienced video producer and editor who has been the owner, producer, and editor at Andy Tolley Video since January 2003. Since July 2015, Andy has also served as a Moog player in TikiTronic, a duo that reinvents classic 70s and 80s music using various instruments. In addition to these roles, Andy has been a video producer and editor for the County of San Diego since October 1997, focusing on producing, directing, and livestreaming videos for web and broadcast, while actively engaging with social media and emerging technologies. Andy holds a degree in Telecommunications and Film with a specialization in TV Production from San Diego State University.
