Joshua Beidler

Joshua Beidler, MS, RDN, currently serves as the Case Investigator Team Lead and Case Investigator for the County of San Diego, focusing on COVID-19 lab result confirmation, disease investigations, and contact tracing. With experience as a Graduate Assistant at San Diego State University, Joshua graded advanced nutrition lab protocols and coauthored six research articles in reputable journals. As a Nutrition Intern at Feeding San Diego, Joshua provided nutrition education to diverse populations and developed educational materials. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology & Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University and completed a Dietetic Internship at Iowa State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of San Diego.
