Kimberly Work

Kimberly Work possesses extensive experience in public health and epidemiology, currently serving as Chief of Agency Operations and previously as a Senior Epidemiologist and Epidemiologist II at the County of San Diego since June 2018. Prior to this, Kimberly worked as an Epidemiology Analyst in the Office of Planning and Data Analytics at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services from May 2017 to June 2018, and held the position of Epidemiology Research Associate at Leidos from December 2015 to May 2017. Kimberly initially joined the County of San Diego as an Epidemiology Analyst from October 2012 to December 2015 and completed a research fellowship at the National Institute of Minority Health Disparities in 2014. Kimberly holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Health Care Social Issues from UC San Diego.
