Morgan Angulo

Morgan Angulo is an environmental planner currently serving as an Associate Planner for the County of San Diego since November 2023, focusing on land use and environmental planning within the Planning & Development Services division. Prior to this role, Morgan worked at Jacobs from August 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing projects in collaboration with various stakeholders and producing environmental documents in compliance with CEQA/NEPA. Experience also includes a tenure at Caltrans as an Environmental Planner, authoring environmental documentation and coordinating with project managers. Earlier roles involved supporting sustainability efforts at the City of San José and assisting in recreational services at the City of Santa Clara. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from San José State University, completed in 2018.
