Sean Sander serves as the Director of the Office of Revenue & Recovery for the County of San Diego since July 2011, leading a team of 99 full-time employees across four divisions and six locations, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and delivering high-quality customer service. Previously, Sander held the position of Business Services & Collections Manager for Waukesha County, where significant contributions included the establishment of the newly formed Department of Administration and the implementation of innovative initiatives. Sander began a career in collections as the first Collections Manager for Waukesha County’s Department of Finance, recognized for establishing a national best practice in collections. Additionally, Sander founded and served as President of DSC, Inc., a successful soccer club that grew from two to seventeen teams. Sander holds a BSBA in Accounting and Computer Science from Marquette University.
