Skyler Moore

Skyler Moore, DPA, has extensive experience in public service, currently serving as an Administrative Analyst III for the County of San Diego's Aging & Independence Services since April 2017. Previous roles within the County of San Diego include temporary assignments in the HHSA Agency Executive Office and positions in Housing and Community Development Services and Child Welfare Services. Prior experience also includes work as a Behavioral Health Specialist II at the County of Riverside's Riverside University Health System and a Family Specialist at EMQ FamiliesFirst. Additional roles span from a Residential Counselor at Childhelp® to a TBS Coach at Crittenton Services. Skyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic Studies from Northern Arizona University, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University-San Bernardino, a Doctorate in Public Administration from California Baptist University, and a Certificate in Grant Writing from San Diego State University.
