Tammy Rush Glenn

Tammy Rush Glenn is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of the Communications Office at the County of San Diego, a position held since April 2007. Prior roles within the County of San Diego include Assistant Director and Public Safety Group Communications Officer. Previously, Tammy worked as an Account Marketing Manager at the San Diego Blood Bank and served as a Producer at INNX, where nationally-distributed health stories were produced for NBC News Channel. Early career experience includes producing and writing for NBC 7 San Diego, as well as previous roles at KUSI and KGTV. Tammy's career began as a News Writer at ABC 10News San Diego. Tammy holds a BA in Journalism from San Diego State University and is a graduate of Mercy High School in Burlingame.
