Terri Foster

Terri Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration and environmental planning, currently serving as a Group Program Manager and Climate Grants & Contracts Manager for the County of San Diego since June 2007. Foster has held various roles within the County, including Administrative Analyst positions where expertise in climate adaptation and community resiliency was developed. Previous experience includes serving as a Land Use Environmental Planner, as well as positions with the City of San Diego and the San Diego Audubon Society. Foster has pursued advanced education in climate change and health, earning a certificate from the Yale School of Public Health and a leadership program certification in climate change. A Bachelor of Science in Biology was obtained from UCLA.
