Tim Seifert

Tim Seifert is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various roles within the County of San Diego, SeaWorld San Diego, and Cox Communications. Currently serving as the Departmental Human Resources Officer with the County of San Diego since April 2016, Tim has a solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations gained from previous positions in multiple organizations, including leading the employment team at SeaWorld and mentoring staff at Cox Communications. Tim holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University, complemented by an associate's degree and a certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations.
