Eugene Beels

Eugene Beels is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Department Information Systems Specialist II at the County of San Joaquin since May 2023. Previously, Eugene held roles as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Merino Computer Concepts and as a Data Center Operations Engineer at Nautilus Data Technologies. Additional experience includes positions as a System Analyst at GovSG and CALNET, Inc., as well as extensive service in the US Navy as an Information Assurance Manager and Chief of the Watch/Tactical Supervisor, overseeing significant technical operations and personnel. Eugene has a degree in Network Administration from Western Governors University and has pursued further education in Advanced Information Systems Security.
