Fernando Reyes

Fernando Reyes, MBA, has extensive experience in information systems and network engineering, currently serving as the Supervisor of the Information Systems Division for the County of San Joaquin since September 2017, where responsibilities include supervising cloud, server, storage, database, and backup teams while developing and coaching staff. Previously, Fernando was an Information Systems Analyst V focused on IT infrastructure architecture. His career includes roles such as Network Architect at RagingWire Data Centers, Principal Network Engineer at Blackhawk Network, and Senior Network Engineer at ADP, along with various engineering positions at Nortel Networks and Bell Atlantic Directory Graphics. Fernando holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
