Jordan Destefans

Jordan DeStefans is an experienced Senior Emergency Planner at the County of San Joaquin, where responsibilities include developing training and managing the UAS Program while overseeing responses to emergencies such as COVID-19 and California's severe weather events. With a military background in the US Army since 2011, Jordan has held multiple roles including CBRN NCO, where leadership and technical expertise supported field hospitals and decontamination efforts. Notably, Jordan has led teams focused on biological agent detection and reconnaissance operations. Previous experience at T-Mobile as a Retail Associate Manager exemplifies strong leadership in team development. Jordan is advancing academic credentials with ongoing doctoral studies in Public Administration at California Baptist University, following a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security.
