Judy Vasbinder

Judy Vasbinder is an experienced Parks Administrator at the County of San Joaquin since October 2017, overseeing the planning, development, and management of Parks Division activities while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Prior roles include Property Manager for the San Joaquin County General Services Department, and Assistant Project Manager and Senior Administrative Assistant at Granite Construction, where responsibilities included project management and real estate portfolio oversight. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at the Boys & Girls of Greater Sacramento, managing grant proposals and fundraising efforts, and working as an Executive Assistant at Microflex, supporting senior sales and marketing leadership. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Truckee Meadows Community College.
