Kaspar Kurmis

Kaspar Kurmis is an accomplished Information Systems Manager at the County of San Joaquin, a position held since January 2014. Prior to this role, Kaspar served as a Business Project Leader at the USPS from 1973 to 2012, where extensive experience in project management was gained. Kaspar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University, as well as a Credential from the California State Association of Counties, specifically the California County Technology Executive Credential, obtained between 2017 and 2018.
