Katie Hazard Poole has extensive experience in correctional healthcare, economic development, and management, currently serving as a Correctional Healthcare Services Business Analyst II for the County of San Joaquin since February 2014. In previous roles, Katie has successfully managed diverse teams, implemented inclusive work culture initiatives, and oversaw multimillion-dollar grant programs that supported small businesses. With a solid foundation in health management, business operations, and personnel development, Katie has held various analytical and supervisory positions, consistently contributing to organizational growth and innovation. Katie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate of Arts degree.
