Kristi Rhea

Kristi Rhea currently serves as the Deputy Director of Administration at San Joaquin County Public Works since February 2023. Previously, Kristi Rhea has held multiple roles at the County of San Joaquin since July 2014, including Public Works Business Administrator, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Community Services Program Manager. Kristi Rhea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, completing the degree in September 2007.
