Walter Patteson

Walter Patteson has extensive experience in aviation maintenance and management, currently serving as the Solid Waste Recovery Supervisor for the County of San Joaquin since May 2021. Prior to this role, Walter held positions including Dispatch Manager at L M Alegre Trucking, and Maintenance Chief for the Naval Test Wing Atlantic, where oversight of maintenance compliance across five organizations was a key responsibility. Experience also includes roles as Maintenance Controller for Strike Fighter Squadron 105, overseeing maintenance operations for a large team and supervising hazardous materials, as well as serving as Airframes Shop Lead at Strike Aircraft Test Squadron 23, where a focus on improving inspection processes was achieved. Walter's career began with significant quality assurance responsibilities in maintaining E-2C and F/A-18 aircraft. Education was completed at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2014 to 2017.
