Caiti Busch

Caiti Busch is a Deputy County Attorney at the County of San Mateo, specializing in LPS mental health conservatorships, special education, general litigation, and various commissions, including the Domestic Violence Council and the LGBTQIA+ Commission, while also serving on the County Attorney's Office Equity Team. Previously, Caiti served as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where roles included Co-Coordinator of the 2021 Summer Associate Program and co-founder of an officewide diversity book club. Caiti's judicial experience includes clerking for Hon. Leondra Kruger at the Supreme Court of California and Hon. Beth Labson Freeman at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Caiti holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, a Master of Science in Biology from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Religion from Trinity University.
