Ingrid Mejia

Ingrid Mejia is an experienced Information Technology Technician with a career spanning over two decades in various technical support roles. Currently employed by the County of San Mateo/Department of Public Works since June 2006, Ingrid serves as the point person for IT training, develops orientation programs for new employees, creates user accounts in Active Directory and E-Directory, and manages computer rollouts. Previous experience includes positions at Stone & Youngberg, LLC as a Desktop Support Analyst, Robert Half Technologies as a Desktop Support, and Charles Schwab as a Desktop Analyst, where Ingrid provided extensive on-site and remote support, set up workstations, and managed user network accounts. Ingrid holds a degree in Network Engineering and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed training at the Computer Learning Center.
