Judith Holiber

Judith Holiber has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Chief Deputy County Attorney for the County of San Mateo since March 2001. In this role, Judith leads a team of five lawyers within the County Department of Children and Family Services, providing legal advice and representing the Department in Juvenile Court Dependency matters. Judith also defends the County in civil litigation and has represented various County departments across a broad spectrum of legal issues. Prior to this, Judith held positions as a Deputy County Counsel at the County of San Mateo and as an Associate at Morgenstein & Jubelirer and Fulbright & Jaworski, focusing on a range of litigation areas. Judith holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Vassar College.
