Currently serving as the PHN Nurse Supervisor at Santa Barbara County Public Health Department since January 2013, Dorothy oversees a team of RN/PHN Case Managers for California Children's Service. Previous roles include PHN Case Manager and a volunteer position in the SICU at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Dorothy has actively contributed to community initiatives through volunteer work at Organic Soup Kitchen and served on the Board of Directors for Santa Barbara Beautiful. Additionally, Dorothy has extensive experience in sustainable project management and sales in horticulture. Dorothy holds a Master's degree in Nursing from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Linfield University.
