Lars Seifert is an experienced environmental health professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Operations and Director of Environmental Health Services at the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department since October 2020. In this role, Lars aims to enhance residents' quality of life by enforcing public health and environmental regulations across 17 programs within Santa Barbara County.
