Gianni Merlo

Gianni Merlo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fiscal supervision and marketing communications. As a Fiscal Supervisor at the County of Santa Cruz since July 2014, Gianni directs program customer service and payroll, redesigns the call center hotline, updates the website, and enhances business practices for client needs. Previously, Gianni served as an Account Executive at AGI Publishing, consistently achieving top new business sales by strategically allocating advertising budgets for clients, and also excelled in developing lead generation strategies at Marketing Creative Agency. Gianni's career began at Pillar Data Systems as Manager of Marketing Communications, where responsibilities included marcom strategy, logistics coordination, and lead management. Gianni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from Notre Dame de Namur University, earned in 1998.
