Kristy Campbell (Smaggus)

Kristy Campbell (Smaggus) is an experienced professional in the field of paramedicine and health leadership, currently serving as Commander of Community Paramedicine for the County of Simcoe since July 2021. Previously, Kristy held the position of Professional Standards Advisor at the Region of Peel from July 2018 to July 2021 and served as Superintendent of Community Paramedicine and Research at York Region from September 2015 to July 2017. Additional roles include Quality/Research Specialist at Hamilton Health Sciences, Primary Care Paramedic at County of Renfrew Paramedic Service, and Network Coordinator for the Champlain Emergency Services Network. Kristy holds a Master's degree in Health Leadership from Royal Roads University and completed an Advanced Learning Program in 2017.
