Jennifer Butler

Jennifer Butler is a Senior Planner with the County of Ventura, holding this position since August 2011, and has led several significant projects, including the 2021-2029 Housing Element and the implementation of SB 9. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Planner and Assistant Planner with the County of Orange, and various planning and research positions with the California Planning and Development Report, City of Los Angeles, and Korea Institute of Science and Technology. Jennifer earned a Master’s degree in Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Art History from UC Santa Barbara.
