John Novi

John Novi, AICP is currently serving as the Commercial and Industrial Permits Section Manager for the County of Ventura. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Planner in the same section for the City of Camarillo and an Associate Planner for the City of Westlake Village. John also gained experience as a Project Management Intern for the City of Riverside and a Planning Intern for the City of Rialto. John holds a Master's in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, a GIS and Urban Planning degree from California State University-San Bernardino, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from San Diego State University.
