Katie Rhodes

Katie Rhodes is a highly experienced Human Services Manager with a strong background in Children and Family Services, currently co-managing the Systems Integration and Advancement Team at the County of Ventura since February 2019. With extensive oversight of contract services totaling around $9 million and a focus on program evaluation and implementation, Katie has held several progressive roles within the department, including Senior Administrative Specialist and Program Coordinator III. Prior experience includes leadership as Local Programs Director at Forever Found, where Katie directed services for at-risk youth, and various coordination roles at Joni and Friends focused on international initiatives. Katie's educational credentials include a Doctorate in Public Administration from Valdosta State University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge.
