Kayla Labrum has extensive experience in client services and administrative roles, primarily with the County of Ventura since April 2014. As a Client Services Specialist, Field-Based, Kayla consults with clients facing complex challenges, ensuring their needs are assessed and met while facilitating key meetings and maintaining stakeholder communication. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Assistant and a Client Services Specialist, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving skills. In addition to public service, Kayla operates an Etsy shop, achieving a significant sales increase and managing customer engagement through social media.
