Tracy Shaughnessy

Tracy Shaughnessy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in resource development, community engagement, and event management. Currently serving as a District Representative for the County of Ventura since July 2023, Tracy effectively addresses community issues, enhancing public trust and satisfaction. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Resource Development Director at HARBOR RECUPERATIVE CARE LLC, where responsibility included securing funding and resources through strong stakeholder relationships. Tracy also led fundraising efforts at the Boys & Girls Club of Moorpark & Simi Valley, significantly increasing community engagement for youth development programs. Previous experience includes managing catering sales at Best Western Posada Royale Hotel & Suites and group sales at Oskar J's Sightseeing Tours and Melia Hotel. Tracy holds a BS in Hospitality Hotel & Restaurant Management from Kent State University.
