Vianey Lopez

Vianey Lopez currently serves as County Supervisor for the 5th District of Ventura County, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Councilmember for District 6 in the City of Oxnard from December 2018 to October 2022, and District Director for both the California State Senate and Assembly under Senator Monique Limón and Assemblymember Monique Limón, respectively. Lopez has also contributed to the Hueneme Elementary School District as a Governing Board Member, served as District Scheduler for Congresswoman Lois Capps, and held roles spanning from Program Coordinator at the Oxnard Downtown Management District to Caseworker in the U.S. House of Representatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
