Jeff Gaines

Jeff Gaines has extensive work experience in the concrete industry. Jeff started their career in 1989 as a Laborer at American Precast Concrete, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 2002, they served as a Supervisor/Plant Manager at Fabcon. At True-Line Coring, they worked as a Field Operator from 2002 to 2010. After that, they joined Fabcon LLC as a Production Manager, a position they held until 2018. Currently, they are the Operations Manager at County Prestress, LLC, a role they took on in November 2018. Prior to their career in the concrete industry, they served in the United States Army as a 13B from 1986 to 1989.
