Krista Glass, CMA has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Krista started their career as a Resident Assistant at Western Illinois University in 2012, where they were responsible for maintaining a floor of at least 40 residents and helping them grow academically, socially, and professionally. Krista then worked as a Teaching Support Assistant at Western University in 2015, providing assistance to professors and the Department of Accounting and Finance. Their responsibilities included preparing power points, tutoring in the accounting lab, and proctoring exams. Krista also participated in administrative tasks. In 2016, Krista joined Illini Precast as a Staff Accountant, where they worked until 2018. Finally, in 2018, they became a Project Accountant at County Prestress LLC.

Krista Glass, CMA, pursued their education in a systematic manner, focusing on accounting studies. Krista completed their high school education from Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School between 2007 and 2011. Subsequently, they enrolled in Western Illinois University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from 2011 to 2014.
