Marty Lafond

Marty Lafond has extensive experience in the mechanical services industry, beginning as a Service Coordinator at Countywide Mechanical Systems from July 2007 to October 2012, where responsibilities included writing repair proposals, ordering parts, and managing customer relations. From October 2012 to August 2015, Marty served as a Service Estimator at ABM Building Services LLC, focusing on customer service by writing and sending repair proposals and coordinating with customers and technicians for repairs and maintenance. Since August 2015, Marty has held the position of Proposal Coordinator at Countywide Mechanical Systems, continuing to enhance customer trust through support and prioritizing customer needs. Currently, Marty is retired and began this phase in January 2024.
