Andrea Lessani-Willits possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as VP of Legal at Coupa Software since August 2018, after previously holding the position of Senior Director of Legal. Prior to Coupa Software, Andrea held the role of Legal Director for Products & Technology Law at Avaya from January 2011 to July 2018. Andrea's career also includes serving as a Licensing and Technology Transactions Partner at Lessani & Lessani LLP from 2006 to January 2011 and as a Senior Litigation Associate at Morrison & Foerster, LLP from 1999 to 2006. Early in the legal career, Andrea was an IP and Corporate Associate at Jackson Tufts Cole & Black before the firm's closure in February 1999.
