Crystal Lau

Crystal Lau, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Revenue Accounting Manager at Coupa Software since May 2022, overseeing the Order to Cash process for subscription and professional service revenue streams while ensuring compliance with ASC 606. Prior to this role, Crystal managed the Revenue Team at Surescripts from August 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included supervising month-end close processes and leading technical accounting functions. Additional experience includes roles as Principal Financial Analyst and Senior Revenue Analyst at Surescripts, Audit Supervisor at RSM US LLP, Staff Auditor at Murray, Jonson, White & Associates, and Internal Audit Associate at Fannie Mae. Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
