Eric Alexandre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer value management, strategic sales, and business development. Currently serving as the VP of EMEA/APJ Customer Value Management at Coupa Software since May 2022, Eric supports a team focused on optimizing customer outcomes with Coupa systems. In addition to this role, Eric co-founded IRAWO LTD in January 2024 and has been a board member at Reewire International ApS since June 2020. With a background that includes significant positions at SAP, where Eric held titles such as Global Vice President of Strategic Sales for SAP Business One, Eric brings a wealth of expertise in fintech strategy and artificial intelligence from prior consultancy work. Eric is also involved in academia as a visiting lecturer at EM Normandie Business School until December 2024.
