Faith Ideh

Faith Ideh is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Communications Manager at Coupa since October 2025, Faith previously held the position of Manager, Internal Communications at Consilio LLC, where strategic partnerships with business leaders were essential for developing targeted employee engagement plans. Faith's tenure at Amegy Bank included roles as Assistant Vice President, Communications Officer III, and II, focusing on internal communication strategies and effectiveness metrics. Prior to that, Faith contributed to Union Bank of Nigeria as Communication Lead, driving transformation initiatives and mentoring the communications team. Earlier experience includes positions at MTN as Corporate Communication Officer, where foundational communication frameworks were established, and sizeable contributions as Senior Office Administrator across various organizations.
