John Frank

John Frank is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience solutions and professional services across various industries. Currently, John serves as a Member of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and as a Board Member of The Waymakers Change Group, while previously holding significant roles at Infor as President of Global Customer Experience Solutions and Adobe as Executive Vice President of Global Professional Services. John also has a strong foundation in consulting, having led consulting services at Hitachi Consulting and Deloitte, as well as early career roles at Andersen Consulting. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in General Science and Mathematics from Morehouse College.
