Kaushik Halder

Kaushik Halder is the Senior Manager of People at Coupa Software. Kaushik has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Coupa Software since April 2016. Prior to joining Coupa Software, Kaushik worked as an Associate Manager of Human Resources at Nihilent Technologies from May 2010 to April 2016. Kaushik was responsible for implementing HR systems and policies, managing and motivating teams, and driving quality. Kaushik also played a key role in automating HR systems to enhance overall efficiency and service effectiveness. Before joining Nihilent Technologies, Kaushik worked as an HR Executive at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd from March 2010 to May 2010, and as a Sr. Executive HR at Sophoi Technologies Pvt Ltd from June 2007 to February 2010.

Kaushik Halder has a MPM in HR from CMRD Vikhe Patil Foundation and a B.COM Hons in BCOM HONOURS from Marwari college.

Kaushik Halder reports to Ray Martinelli, Chief People Officer. They are on a team with Melissa Greene - Manager, Community Experience, Barbara Gilleran - Senior Director, Global Learning and Development, and Jonathan Fear - VP, Coupa University.
