Kerri McManus

Kerri McManus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer adoption management and procurement processes. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Customer Adoption Management at Coupa Software since October 2019, Kerri has held various roles in customer adoption, demonstrating expertise in project management, process improvement, and technical governance. Prior experience includes significant positions at Diageo, where Kerri managed global procurement projects and a remote team of Business Analysts, in addition to overseeing PtP functions and KPIs. Early career experiences encompassed roles at Jabil, where Kerri managed accounts payable functions, and positions at Alpha Flight Services and NEC Semiconductors Ltd.
