Michael Brown

Michael Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Community Experience at Coupa Software since August 2018, Michael has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of Services Marketing and Director of Customer Adoption & Engagement. Prior to Coupa, Michael worked at Marketo as Principal Product Marketing Manager, focusing on services and product adoption experience, and held several positions at Agilent Technologies over a span of 12 years, including Territory Sales Account Manager and Global Product Marketing Programs Manager. Earlier in the career, Michael held roles at QIAGEN, Inc. and Genentech, Inc. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences-Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
