Nadir Uddin is an experienced professional in customer success and operational management with a robust history in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Adoption Manager and Director of Customer Value Management at Coupa Software since December 2018, Nadir has previously held key positions including Director of Customer Success at Opus and Vice President of Customer Success at JPMorgan, where extensive metrics-driven strategies were implemented to enhance customer relationships and retention. Nadir's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Arkayde LLC, which developed cloud-based platforms for children's extracurricular activities. With foundational experience at Ariba, Citibank, and the US Navy, along with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Western New England University, Nadir has cultivated a diverse skill set in customer engagement, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
