Steve Taylor, II, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer adoption within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of the Inclusion and Impact Group at Coupa Software since September 2013, Steve has been pivotal in establishing offshore teams to enhance platform adoption and empower customers. Previous roles at Coupa include Senior Director Customer Adoption Manager and Customer Adoption Director, where Steve led initiatives transitioning clients to proactive procurement practices. Prior to Coupa, Steve held managerial positions at Service Corporation International, where modernization of business processes was a focus, and served as President of Crimson House Enterprises, delivering IT strategies for small to mid-size businesses. Steve's early career included significant contributions as IT Manager at Futron Corporation, collaborating with NASA. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Global Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Houston-Victoria, along with an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Victoria College.
