Viraj Patel

Viraj Patel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer value management and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Value Management at Coupa Software since April 2020, Viraj has held various significant roles at CIBC from November 2014 to April 2020, including Senior Program Manager for Procurement and Senior Project Manager in Finance. Prior to CIBC, Viraj was with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where positions included Manager of CRM Strategy and Research Analyst. Additional experience includes a role as Client Services Analyst at Direct Link and as a Financial Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company. Viraj holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Waterloo.
