Asif Jaleel

Asif Jaleel serves as the Head of User Experience at Coupang, overseeing a diverse team exceeding 100 professionals in Product Design and Research within Customer Experience, Search, Design Systems, Branding, and Content Design since December 2023. Prior to Coupang, Asif held the position of Director, Head of Experience Design at Wayfair, where responsibilities included managing a multi-tiered organization focused on the end-to-end customer journey. Asif's earlier roles at Amazon included Head of UX Design & Research for Consumables, where leadership encompassed global design for various product lines, and Senior Manager for UX Design in Consumer Electronics, driving innovative customer experiences. Previous experience also features significant contributions at BMO Financial Group, Desygned, and Bitmama, with a strong educational background in Mobile & Web Design from SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design and Human Computer Interaction from the University of Toronto.
