Chris Jihun Cho

Chris Jihun Cho is an experienced professional with a strong background in reverse logistics and business development. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Reverse Logistics at Coupang since May 2016, Chris leads operations and improvements in reverse logistics processes, including vendor returns and liquidation. Previously, Chris held the position of Principal of Benchmarking and Analysis, focusing on organizational diagnostics and customer experience enhancements. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at LG CNS Co., Ltd., and Merchandiser at GS Shop. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy and Finance from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Clothing and Textiles from Kyung Hee University.
